WHO WE ARE

Early in our careers, we—Dr. Kevin and Dr. Kenton saw firsthand that the healthcare system wasn’t serving people the way it should. As Doctors of Physical Therapy, our mission has always been to help individuals become the healthiest, most empowered versions of themselves. But within the traditional healthcare model, that mission felt nearly impossible.

In 2023, we founded Elevate Human Performance to change that. We wanted to create a space where people receive the kind of personalized, in-depth care they truly need and deserve. What started as a vision to reimagine health and healing has grown into something much bigger.

After helping countless patients recover, thrive, and return to the things they love, we expanded into our current facility, which we now proudly call a health community. Elevate has become a one-stop shop for health and wellness, where people find more than just treatment. They find connection, support, love, and the tools to live fully.
