  • Kenton Keeslar

    DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

    Kenton spent most of his life playing soccer and basketball, where he discovered his passion for the human body, injury rehabilitation, and sports performance. He played collegiate soccer and studied Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University before earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Ohio University. Through his experiences as both a college athlete and a Strength & Conditioning coach at the University of Michigan, Kenton offers a unique perspective that helps him connect with every athlete he trains. He empowers athletes to return stronger and more prepared than before.

    DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY

    Kevin is a physical therapist, sports performance coach, and mechanical engineer. His hybrid background, combined with a strong passion for helping others, gives Kevin a unique approach to guiding athletes toward the healthiest version of themselves. He forms meaningful relationships with his clients, educates them on important health-related topics, and helps foster a supportive, health-focused community. Kevin equips the athletes he works with with the confidence and ability needed to take ownership of their health—both during their time with him and long after they leave his care.

    Cole is a Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience in athletics and the fitness industry. As a former athlete, he developed a passion for weightlifting and believes fitness goes beyond exercise—it’s preventive care for the body, mind, and soul, building longevity, strength, and confidence. At Elevate, his mission is to help you become your strongest, healthiest self through tailored programs built for lasting results. Cole specializes in functional movement, strength building, injury prevention, and lifestyle transformation to support both physical and mental wellness.

    Spencer is a former college football player who developed a passion for training early in his athletic journey. After facing multiple injuries—including hip surgery his senior year—he was pushed to rethink how he trained. This turning point sparked a deep dive into proper training methods, emphasizing strength, longevity, and pain-free movement. Spencer is passionate about education and teaches his clients the “why” behind their training. By blending multiple modalities and tailoring each program, he helps clients reach their goals in a sustainable and effective way.

  • Quintin Power

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Quintin grew up playing competitive baseball year-round and started training in middle school to improve performance. After tearing the labrum in his throwing arm his senior year, he spent a year rehabbing and returned to play in college—but never at the same level. That experience shifted his passion from sports to fitness. He earned his CPT certification in college, began training others, and served as the baseball team’s strength coach. Quintin is passionate about helping people create sustainable lifestyle changes and find their personal path to better health and fitness.

  • Tatum Bardash

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Hi! I’m Tatum Bardash, a certified personal trainer and Master of Dietetics & Nutrition student at The Ohio State University. My journey with fitness and nutrition began in high school through year-round softball. During undergrad at Ohio State, I joined CHAARG—a women’s fitness community—that sparked my love for weightlifting. As my passion for lifting grew, so did my confidence. Now, as a trainer, I’m committed to helping women who feel overwhelmed in the gym build strength, achieve their goals, and gain lasting confidence—both in and out of the gym.

  • Isaac Edmondson

    CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER

    Isaac is a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at The Ohio State University, a certified personal trainer, and a mechanical engineering graduate from The University of Akron. After undergoing shoulder labrum repair surgery, he developed a strong passion for recovery science and long-term health. Isaac believes exercise is the best medicine and is committed to sharing that belief with others. Since starting his DPT program in May 2023, he’s trained clients in Columbus. In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, reading, and keeping up with fantasy football.

  • Chelscie Greene

    CERTIFIED STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SPECIALIST

    Chelscie is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Track Coach, and Personal Trainer. She found her love for coaching during her senior year of college while working with a local high school team. After experiencing several injuries as a collegiate athlete, she became passionate about injury prevention through strength training. Chelscie holds an M.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and a B.S. in Exercise Science from Sacramento State. She’s coached hundreds of athletes and adults and loves lifting, running, hiking, local festivals, farmers markets, and spending time with family.
