About Shayanna
Shyanna is a Mental Performance Consultant with a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States and a background as a collegiate lacrosse player at the University of Mount Union. Her passion for mental performance is rooted in her own experience as an athlete—and in the life-changing impact mindset can have on confidence, well-being, and results.
She’s worked with athletes from age 6 to the professional level, helping each one build practical tools tailored to their unique goals and challenges. Whether you’re an aspiring athlete or a seasoned competitor, Shyanna’s coaching helps you:
