What to Expect

You’ll join a team of 4–5 and take on a 6-week fitness challenge built around structured training, weekly competitions, and real accountability. Each week includes a progressive workout plan plus team challenges and individual tests that earn points and shape the leaderboard. It’s part training program, part competition, and part community. You’re not just working out, you’re competing and showing up for something bigger than yourself.

Weekly Flow

Each week brings a new battle. Your team will train together, compete together, and earn points together. Some weeks test speed. Some test strength. Others test consistency and commitment.

Weekly Challenges

Week 1 – The Mile Trial
Run 1 mile.

  • Lowest team average time earns the most points

  • Bonus points for each team member who completes it

Week 2 – The Strength Test
Bench press bodyweight for max effort.

  • Highest team average percentage of bodyweight wins

  • Bonus points for full team participation

Week 3 – The Rowing Gauntlet
1,000 meter row.

  • Lowest team average time wins

  • Bonus points for each finisher

Scoring System

This challenge rewards both performance and consistency.

Weekly Points

  • Class attendance: 1 point per class (up to 3 per person each week)

  • Weekly challenge completion: 10 points per person

  • Weekly challenge winners:

    • 1st place: 50 points

    • 2nd place: 25 points

    • 3rd place: 10 points

Silver Challenges

  • 5 Points Each

  • Bring a friend to a class

  • Hold a handstand for 30 second

  • Flip a tire all the way down the turf and back

  • 25 mile bike ride

  • Complete a race

  • Run a 5k

  • Run a 10k

  • Row 2k m

  • Row 5k m

  • Take a group class

Week 4 – The Pull-Up Trial
Max pull-ups.

  • Highest team average reps wins

  • Bonus points for full team effort

Week 5 – The Unity Week
No solo victories here.

  • Full team must attend at least 2 classes together

  • Points awarded for showing up as a unit

Week 6 – The Final Battle: Pump & Run
Our ultimate test.

  • Combined strength + conditioning event

  • Lowest team average time takes the crown

  • Potential for final point wagering to shake up the leaderboard

Bronze Challenges

  • 1 point each

  • Can complete each challenge daily

  • Post a gym selfie

  • Cold plunge

  • Drink a gallon of water

  • Tag us on Instagram

  • Take a group class

  • Climb the rope

Gold Challenges

  • 10 Points Each

  • Refer a new member who signs up

  • Push 400 to 500 pounds on sled (50 yards)

  • Complete 500 lunges in 1 hour

  • 50 mile bike ride

  • 75 mile bike ride

  • Leave a Google review

  • Run a half marathon

  • Run a full marathon

  • Complete a personal training session
