Meet Coach Andrew
Andrew Reynolds
Director of Sports Performance
Andrew’s background as a multi-sport athlete and his experiences with injury inspired his passion for athlete development and performance training. While his foundation in athletic training gave him a deep understanding of injury management and recovery, his true calling emerged in helping athletes rebuild strength, confidence, and readiness to perform.
At Elevate, Andrew leads the Sports Performance program with a focus on speed development, mental resiliency, and creating a competitive yet supportive environment. His mission is to help athletes perform at their highest level by fully preparing to take on the demands of their sport.
